PSU's Newest Addition: the Viking Pavillion!
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I am past the point of makeup, and we are outside of the Peter W. Stott Center, also known as the Viking Pavilion, also known as that expensive sports arena that the school decided to build. I don't see that many sports games of any kind, but I've been there for some cool that. So I'm just gonna walk inside and to show you around. I mean, look at the quality of this one paneling, but there's a lot of events that happened here. There was a tech conference that was happening here, so I couldn't. There's nutrition conferences that happened down in the basement. They had, like a make your own spring roll area, and it's generally just a pretty cool place and have to see what they do with it, because It's only a year old new game. Take a shot every time I say I'm hyped for something, actually, don't do that. Now we're on the other side of the basketball court, and if you keep going down this hallway, he'LL see her Hall of Fame. I've actually not seen this thing before today, and it's pretty cool for all you athletes out there. If you were coming here, you could get on this wall just like Sharkey, Nelson or Billy by by white or even national runner up. Here we have the class ring of Leanne Peter's. Leanne Peters was a four time All American and a member of the Vikings nineteen ninety two national championship team. She finished her career as, Oh, hey, I'm just reading the sign. If you look over here through those glass doors, you see another basketball court. I learned from a tour group that passed by through here. That that's where the basketball team used to play down these stairs is the basement. There's a bunch of classrooms there, but I'm going to save you the footage of white walls and walking downstairs, so hopefully you can just take my word on that one. If we go out these doors, you will see the football field. It's a big patch of grass because we're downtown and it's mostly brick downtown, so you can never have too much Teo. So that's the Peter Stott center for all you athletes out there. I really wish I could give you more info, but I think you're gonna have to find out a little bit more for yourself. Check out what's online and do not be afraid to call the coaches. I'm sure they'd be happy to talk to you and let you know more. I wanted to talk about Greek life in this video, but I could not track down a sorority or a fraternity if you could talk to me. My hair is in my face and it's really annoying, but they are really weirdly hard to track down, so I'm just gonna talk about it myself. Yes, there is a Greek life on campus, but if all you've seen about sororities and fraternities is what you've seen in movies or TV shows. These sororities and fraternities are less about parties and more about just like finding a group of like minded people to study with and work together with. I wish it wass, but definitely check it out their table ing all the time.
