I just wanted to take a minute to talk about and Wick and the culture and vibes that we have here at the college. We are a small student body, and so therefore, we're always looking to recruit new students, whether it just out of high school, um, later in life, people who want to return to school for a higher education, or even folks who have previously attended school even at the college and had to leave for personal reasons and are looking at re enrolling something that we're doing this year special because of the pandemic and how difficult it's been for everyone is North West Indian College has offered a 50% off tuition for the winter and most likely to spring quarter. We're hoping to see a lot more people join in and work on their education while these strange and uncertain times air around us. Secondly, I would say that in Wick is extremely empowering. I haven't been empowered as a native woman, Um, here, attending a tribal college. I can't speak highly enough of how great it feels to be invited to bring my culture, my tribal knowledge, into the mix of academia. Thirdly, I would say that in Wick is very unique. The Northwest Indian College has a few different degree programs, but we're the only institution in the world that offers a native environmental science degree. Native environmental science is taking leading edge science Western method and combining it with the power of traditional ecological knowledge, and it makes us a very unique institution.
