So this is the largest field house on campus in North Central, so it's used for different games on campus for athletic events as well as a community events on weekends. Some people use it for practices for sports and other people. So this is a really great space for just getting together with friends when you're not practicing our working out. Then it is usually pretty quiet here on the afternoons like it is right now. Yeah, on the fitness center for North Central is actually located in the field house in the recreational center. I'd access for all North Central students, faculty and staff. It is free, so it's really nice for us because we don't have to pay a gym membership to go off campus to work out so you could just work out on campus, which I think is pretty nice. So just for the sake of not disturbing anybody, you're kind of getting anybody alarms that I am currently filming in the fitness center. I'm just gonna take you through a little walk through of the fitness centre and yeah, so it's free for North Central students, faculty and staff. It is key card access and its open usually about, uh seven a. M to eleven PM at night, usually Monday through Friday. Then they're open for a select hours on Saturday, and they tend to close early on Sundays. There's an array of ellipticals you, Khun do weights. Here is while we have bikes and treadmill, So there's something for everyone, and there's always a student worker at the desk next to the machines. Like if you need something or you need clean towels to clean off the equipment, there's somebody always there just to be a helping hand, which I really like.
