The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
So work life balance in North Central can be literally what you make it. So I guess for me, my workload isn't is heavy with classes more so. I spend more time working than kind of working on class stuff. That's just for my major, so every major is pretty different. So sometimes you'll be spending more time in the classroom and he won't have time to work. Sometimes you can find a happy medium, but it's all about kind of knowing what you want to do and sticking to it. So when I first got to North Central, I wanted to work and make money somehow in some way, and I did. So I work a couple jobs on campus, and I'm also a resident assistant, so that is kind of like the way I make money. In terms of finding time for myself in finding time to get my work done, I always try to, like, prioritize what I need to do so usually all like organize the list. I think planners really help us Well, and then I'll use my iPhone calendar a lot, too kind of. I want to dictate my schedule in my life, but it kind of does dictate my schedule my life, like I live off of my alarms in my reminders on my phone, which I think just helps me like get more motivated about knowing where to go and when and like knowing who I'm with at all times like there's never like a moment where I'm just like, What am I doing? Or if I have something to do like I will do it. If I don't then I'll kind of be thrown off because it's more free time. Also knowing when it's time to, like get down to work and like go to classes and stuff is important as well, Like you can't slack off in classes. You can't slack off on homework because it will show and professors will pay attention to it, since classes are typically smaller than universities. So it really shows, like at the end of the trimester or semester next year that whatever work you bring to the classroom and take from the classroom is kind of like what you're going to be going with as you progress on your career or something.
