Hey, all my name is Libya and I am a current junior at N. C. State University. I'm in fashion textile management, and I've been sharing my tips and tricks for applying Thio college with you guys. I just want to pop on here and just summarize my main tips and give you one last piece of advice. So basically it my maintain our to talk about any extra activities that you did throughout high school like clubs, sports, leadership opportunities, volunteer work and anything you did that was like something you're passionate about on the side, rather that be in our business, a social media platform, something that you're really passionate about. My other tip is to know about the major that you are applying for and why you want to be in it, because you might have questions about that as far as like, testing and stuff goes, my tip is to retake the F 80 or the A C T. Wherever you choose, as many times as you can to try to improve your score because it can't hurt you at all. Then my other tip with like scores and tests is to take the A P classes and try to do your best on the AP exams, because you can get college credit from that. Whenever you're applying to college, a tip of mine is just don't stress about it. If you feel the need to apply a bunch of schools, then apply to a bunch of schools. If you're confident in your choices, don't apply to a bunch of schools because I was confident in NT State or Appalachian being my backup, I was happy with both of those. I was also considering applying to U. N. C G and E C U. Because they also had the major that I wanted. We're in state and met all my other qualifications. I decided that these two were where I was sad and I didn't really want to go to the other two, so I didn't even bother applying. You know, if you end up in the situation where you have to go to a community college or you have to take a semester or a year break, it's not gonna be the end of the world and you can still end up at school. You want to be at so basically I'm just saying, Make sure to talk about your accomplishments in what you're passionate about in your application and try not to stress too much. Maybe get things checked over by an adviser if you want, or someone that could help you with your essays. Just do your best and try not to stress too much over the process.
