So I'm gonna be talking about why I chose to go to Morgan. Morgan was an affordable school compared to all the other schools that I applied to. I mostly applied to schools with the higher tuition on Lee because I thought with my S A T scores and my g p a and my grades that I would be able to get a full scholarship. Organize the schools that you applied to what they're giving you on what their tuition is so you can have everything laid out someone like it's time to choose a school that you want. So of course I'm just gonna list a few schools that applies to that. So an example of a school that I got into that had a high tuition, but they only gave me, um, not a good amount of financial aid compared to what the tuition was Waas Old Dominion University. Four years that as you do not want to be in debt on top choice. College is very expensive, and they don't give out scholarships lightly. A lot of people think when you go to school and stay, it's not gonna be diverse like it's gonna be the same from your high school. It's not necessarily true because you don't know everyone that lives in your area and you don't know and everyone that lives in your state. You're not gonna get the same type of people. You know what's it? And Morgan State is also far enough from home. So I still get that, you know, outs the independence and I felt like it was like to too far off. I would like have a breakdown because I just want to be as independent as I can. Baby steps I don't want to just jump into so onto the tips for your senior year of high school. I know a lot of schools like SDA join a sport things you're interested in. You need to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone to actually join. I had anxiety all through my four years of high school. I know in my school I used to run around the whole friggin school chasing this man down because he was always somewhere else. Apply for a CZ. Many scholarships as you can. I know a lot of people that are paying for college through external scholarships to sit down, write the essay, do the little thing. All through my four years of high school, I've always been a good student, worked hard on my homework, done. Uh so senior year was really, like a change for me. You know, stuff happens, but you cannot let it get the best of you have to really pick yourself up and just do what you need to get done. You know, everything doesn't need to be perfect. When it comes to applying, it's a college doing your own research and visiting multiple schools. Don't let your only reason you a plaque to a school is because your friends are applying or because it's a popular school. I'm going to use an example like North Carolina and see Auntie Don't to supply there because you know is popular is the party school. Whatever the case may be, make sure the school fits you and make sure you actually want to go there. The last tip would be to make memories and participate in your school events. The last time you're gonna be around your whole graduating class, so you might as well make the most of it. I know with my four years of high school, it wasn't really the best socially senior year.
