My name is Tiffany, and I'm currently going into my fourth year at a Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and my major is you guessed it pharmacy. As you all know, this pandemic that's recently taken over the whole world recently has changed a lot of things for students. Really, just so this pandemic started about the second half of my semester this past year at school, and it was honestly, a very different experience. Teoh have our online classes and basically do school all virtually. At first it was really hard to get used to virtual classes. As time went on and people knew more of a direction where we're going, it was easier to get used to the new, normal kind of my daily routine going to normal school. It was that my community school was an hour there and back so that cut out can you time and I had a lot more time to study and also just relax at home. I spent a long time face time with my friends, and we worked on class work together, even though it was all virtually missed Dele, because I haven't seen them for a couple months now, since this whole pandemic has happened and we've been practising social distancing but for the fall semester will be going back to classes at campus, so I'll be able to see my friends once again. As you know, it's hard to stay focused at home on all your schoolwork because you have so many distractions. We can just take naps little time, but something that I have found to keep me on track of all my schoolwork is working. My friends, we every single day we send each other what our plans are for the day. So we sent a picture of our planet, and then we have our goals lined up a day of what we want to complete. Seeing other people get their works on motivates you to get your work done, too. So working in a group always helps, and I know that these trying times it's hard to keep track of your mental help. Only do you want to stay healthy physically, but he wants a healthy mentally. Sometimes being cooped up in your house makes it hard to distract yourself from all the night. Your thoughts you might have during quarantine that everyday activities sodas a purpose before. Now it's hard because you're staying at home with nothing, do you and all you have? It's just thoughts in yourself, but I've found helpful Teoh. Keep your mental health healthy is to find hobbies that you enjoy doing and that can be done in the safety of your home or with safety of still practising social distancing. Some of things that I do are painting the Tomicki reading. I used to read a lot, but in the past couple of years in school, I haven't had time to read. But now I have picked up a couple books I've been meaning to read. I have a whole staff of us I read and a whole stack of books that I need to read. Also to be in contact with your friends, even though you're miles apart. I guess when you're at home, but we have thanks time skies. We have so many different tools that we use, even touches people to see how they're doing during corn, See Always number to check up on your friends. As I mentioned before, my school is planning to return to normal classes on campus during the fall semester. Some things will be changed before cove It, um my typical class consisted of about 250 students per lecture. That's 250 students in one lectures, same our living, same material altogether. I feel that they're going to cut down the size classes and maybe split off the lectures to two different times so that we're not all cramped into the same room. Does mean for students going back to cantons or perhaps college students like you who are going to be entering a whole new environment that we've never been through. This is going to need a lot of adjustments and a lot of positive during this whole process. It's important to stay positive because way all going through this together and we will get through this together. If you are planning on enrolling into MTP and is going to be your first year as a freshman, I would still recommend trying to get involved in the community. One of the things that I enjoy at our school is all the clubs and everything. I don't know how it's going to be with Cove it and if those things were going to still be happening, But I still believe that our clothes will be running. We have a wide range from professional clubs, Teoh hobby clubs. You can find things that you're interested, and if you don't find what you're interested, you can start your own club. So I'm gonna end this video just by saying, Try and stay positive growth, asshole Pandemic. It's something that we've never been doing before. As the country is in our lifetimes is gonna be something that will probably change our normal day to day lives. The most important thing is that we have each other do it. Check in on one another in there and stay positive the whole thing.
