You're you OK? So that's a little complicated with the year I am. I'm technically a junior, but I'm a senior with credits because I worked too hard. I am getting the liberal arts education studies with a specifics and elementary education K through six, and I have a minor and sexuality and gender studies, And I'm currently working towards my grad classes as well as my undergrad classes. What degree are you here for? Oh, I'm here for I'm getting my, um m m a t. My, uh, My bachelor's in my master's, um, in five years. So I'll be getting my bachelor's next year. Then my last year will be like the additional Here I get my master's butt so I can get it in a silvery attract program. I'm starting my grad classes as an undergrad. Why did you choose to come to Mary Baldwin? That was why So, um, not all a lot of campuses around here, I First of all, I want to commute. I lived twenty five minutes off of campus and I wanted to save money. So I wanted to choose universities that work near here. So my options were jmu, Bridgewater and Mary Baldwin. I really wanted to get my master's in five years. The classrooms, they have, like giant lecture heart calls. So along with the program, I wanted my commute and fair and like how personal? Mary Baldwin once. Describe the student body student body I don't know. Small and all women, Except for like, three or four men on campus. I mean, well, eight men for sophomore year, huh? Small? Um um, a bunch of athletic boys this year, but with the divers? Sure. I mean, I feel like there I feel like there are a lot of, like, people of color on campus. Um, for me personally, someone who's lgbt I feel like we're pretty diverse and lgbt especially like this, Like, cause, like I'm a lesbian and, like, I have lots of trans friends. So where I feel like Richard first, Definitely in that area. Okay, Uh, what is your favorite and your least favorite thing about Mary Baldwin? Um, I think my favorite thing about Mary Beldame is definitely my education classes. They're they're really good in helping me and making sure like, I'm keeping up with everything. I love the professors who teach education on campus. Dr. C Ball is my advisor, and she's the most wonderful lady I've ever met. I really like the classes I take here my least favorite thing about Mary Builder. I probably be parking because as a commuter's didn't they're in a lot of spaces, and it's just a little annoying. Sometimes trying to figure out what I can park and if they're not being spaces, are like having a park alumni house and having a walk when it's like thirty degrees, hours something, Um, that's my least favorite, probably all right. I think that's all the questions I have for you. So what would you say to anyone who is truck, who's a high school student trying to apply the ball? One. What do you think they should know? Um, be okay with crappy food, but nice, but nice sized classrooms. I mean, I really think, um, your choice for Mary Baldwin really is like a really personal one. I feel like there's a really good LGBT community on campus. Even though Mary Bold, it might not be the most accommodating for transgender students yet, which is a little annoying. Um, And if you're an education major, I would highly recommend Mary building because I really like the B A m A T program.
