I'm a sophomore from San Diego, California, and I'm a music major here at Lawrence, with a specification in general and instrumental education. Some organizations I'm involved in on campus are the McCarthy Coop. After our creation clubs and just being involved in Khan alive with this through different ensembles, the improvisational group on campus is a really big adjustment. I had never seen Snow before my freshman year here, and there's a lot that doesn't mean it was a bad adjustment. That's just something to know if you are coming from a warmer place or just a place that has less extreme weather, that there is a true mother here. Affection deter you from Lawrence by any means is just something to take into account Population. Appleton is about seventy six thousand people, so it's not small by any means. It may feel small coming from a city where there's plenty of things to do on the weekends, but it's what you make of it So if you choose to sit in your dorm room all weekend, of course, your weekend is going to stop. If you can always go out on College Avenue, going to shops, go to Mom. Everything about Lawrence just meeting some needed for people that I would have never met otherwise. Being involved in Delta Gamma and signal Phi Iota to authorities on campus. I've met so many people and created so many lasting friendships that wouldn't have happened if I had involved myself. So you get to meet as many people as possible and create those lasting bonds, something I was told a lot coming in college as a freshman. You want a school comes first and of course, full does first. People are so understanding here that has everyone so busy. Meet new people, join clubs with otherwise joint.
