My name is Bethany, and I'm super excited for you to join my journey as an American University grass today. Let's get to know each other a little bit more like I mean more like you get to know me. I was born in Nigeria, but I currently resigned in Maryland, about an hour away from American University. I chose American University for several reasons, but one of the reasons is I was in D. C. Great nightlife, great food, great connections and also in the nation's capital. So sometimes you get to experience history in the making. I'm currently a grab a graduate student at Coat in the co got school of business studying marketing, and I chose this program for its amazing co heart experience. I'm a fan of small learning, and our core is not very big. So we get individualized and personalized care from each of our professors, which I can't wait to tell you more about later. If you know this guy by the name of LeBron James, he has his own show on HBO, and I was watching it and I was listening to a lot of the fax, um, that they were talking about when it came to sports and athlete marketing, and it dawned on me. So I googled up marketing programs all over the United States, and I came across the American University, and I can't wait to tell you why I chose American University over all the other institutions in the United States. The perfect place for you to figure out what you wanna do as your career goals and faculty is super, super, super willing toe help you as you are, starting your career and whatever you decide Thio just a little bit fun fact about me. I'm also professional dancer in the Washington, DC, area, which is perfect because I eventually want to become a chief marketing officer for a brand. As a professional dancer, we tell stories on stage and I wanted to tell my story. I want to move my storytelling to being able to tell stories on any sort of digital space. As chief marketing officer one day, I hope to tell stories of diversification. We all have stories to tell all have things that we need the world to know. Brands and products and influences could leverage all these stories of diversification. As the chief marketing officer, one day of your favorite brand, yeah, of your favorite brand. Just toe open the workforce to telling brand stories. We all have stories that can be related to, and I just love the creative and visual aspect of grand storytelling. I can't wait to give you more of my insight in Journey as an American University student.
