I'm so excited for you all to be joining me in my room tour today. I'll be showing you my room in Gillette Hall, which is one of our women's residence halls. So as you can see here, we use our student i d s to get inside. This is where my roommate, Danny and I live eso today and I actually got super blessed with a triple. So our room looks a little different than a typical room, but the basics are still the same. In a standard double, there are two closets and a dresser to share with your roommate. There are also two drawers that lock for any valuables that you want to keep their which could be unlocked with your room key. One of my favorite things is making the space my own. I have some special letters hanging on my bulletin board and lots of pictures of sweet memories. I also love making my desk a company space to study because I spent a lot of time here writing papers or doing lots of reading. As you can see here, there's plenty of storage space in these three drawers where I keep some school supplies in textbooks. There are also a few shelves on the side where you can keep some books, too. It's super cute, and as you can see, since we live in a triple, we have an extra bed. So we decided to bunk that for a little extra room in your double, you can choose to bunk your beds or locked. Yes, here is where we keep all of our snacks, which has kind of turned into a mini pantry. We also have a mini fridge, which is really nice toe have. There is a kitchen on every floor, with a fridge and plenty of cabinets for students to use. We also have an electric kettle, which are allowed in dorms if they do not have a hot plate. Here we have Deena's desk, where she is working hard on one of her assignments. Most rooms do not have a sink in the room, but in our women's storms, each room shares a sink room with the girls next door, which is super convenient. I mean, way have two more closets again because we live in a triple. We do have some extra closet space, but a standard double does have two closets, which you will find is plenty of space. Yes, we do have three mirrors, but here is one last look at our room. We love it, and it's super cool to have your own space that you can customize and make your own residents. Life is such an important part of the college experience, so I hope that this was helpful and imagining yourself in the whole community.
