We're gonna be going through a day in the life of student here. I'm a clinical psychology major and a diversity studies minor. Um, I'm originally from Hamburg, which is near Buffalo, if you know New York very well. My family actually lives in Fillmore now, which is seven minutes away from how in. My first year here, I waas in the London Honest program, and this year I'm going to be the program assistant. So I'll be going back to London s so many stories to share about my time in London. Like I said, I'm a Houghton student and how it is a liberal arts college. So what that means is, while you take class inside of your major, for example, M T psychology classes, you also take classes outside of your major. You think makes you more well rounded person and kind of prepares you for anything that's ahead in life, which is really helpful or a smaller campus. Our faith is really integral to us here, and we always find ways to be intentional. Our faith s O. That will always be evident for students here. Um, and I will always be easily accessible for students. Um, even though we're a smaller campus, we have 1300 acres of land. We have ropes courses, we have lien twos and fire pits. We also have trails for students to hike or took on. So it's really easy to be in nature here and just have fun community events. Um, it's a really big part of Hutton's identity and who we are and a lot of people when they leave, how in will say that their favorite part of phone was a community? Andi, that is definitely one of my favorite parts about go in. Another of my favorite parts, um, is the opportunities that you get here it. Who is? We have a bunch of opportunities to study abroad to do research in your fields, um, and to work. Your professors will actually be encouraging you to take part, um, in certain clubs and certain opportunities that they think will be a good fit for you. So that's a little bit about me in the school on, but I can't wait for you to join me on the story.
