I just wanted to take a minute to tell you guys about something that I'm really involved in on campus and that is alpha file mega. So it's a little bit more diverse Then maybe your social Greek. Since it is a service fraternity, we do a lot of service work for the community, which is really really cool and heartwarming and it just feels so good to give back. So I met so many amazing people and I'm gonna do service work, I gotta do fellowship activities, I gotta do leadership. So we still have formal and we still go out on the weekends and we still all are just a really big family. So I actually just got back from chapter tonight and we just talked about everything that's happening with the chapter. So my favorite service event is Greenway Cleanup which is when we go out to the greenway just outside of campus, we bring trash bags and a bunch of us just kind of walk around and pick up trash. My favorite service event is helping out with habitat for humanity. So essentially we go over to the houses near campus and we just help with whatever they need. So sometimes that's like painting, sometimes it's crawling across space, just kind of whatever to do to help out. I think my favorite part was getting to meet a lot of new people and making a ton of new friends. It's nice to meet new people and be a part of an organization that does positive things. Honestly, I really love the sense of community that we all built here. So it was really nice to come make a new family here in north Carolina for myself and honestly the relationships, I know we're going to last a lifetime. There's a lot of pop up events to donation drives. I have met my forever friends, I live with all brothers. We really are one big family that cares a lot about each other. So you're never without a friend, you're never without support. College gave me a lot and it just feels so good to have such a strong community.
