So my name is kill more and I'm a junior at High Point University majoring in international business with a minor in spanish. I'm originally from Rocky mount north Carolina which was a great option for me because high point is not too far, I was from home but it's still a little ways away. So I kind of get a sense of independence while in high school, one of the reasons I chose High point University is because I saw all the different opportunities that they offered when I came to visit um I saw the different class sizes um and they were pretty small with for college, which is something I was looking for because I like to connect with my professors. Um, and I like for them to know my name and no, I am not just a number in their classroom. So if I email them after class, if I have any questions then they are able to reach out to me and helping with what I am trying to figure out. Also when I visited High Point University, they were very big on life skills, which is something um, that I wanted into college as well maybe because I wanted to be prepared for the world. Once I leave college and High Point is very big on preparing students as the world is going to be, not as it currently is, I just felt at home as soon as I came on canvas, all the staff and faculty was very welcoming. They always greeted me with a smile, help me out, asked me how my day was doing and that was just something that gave me that at home field.
