Why Do We Love GCU
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I loved how I got to meet a whole range of people, but I also love that. I just love my course. I loved what we studied. I loved going on trips and kind of learning about my degree and applying it. I love going to my lectures. They were so interesting. They were so in depth. I feel like I learned so much more and I'm so grateful for GCU. For me it was definitely the practical stuff, getting to learn what we're going to be doing out on placement and how to treat patients. It was the hands on part because most learners are now more practical than written so it was good to have that side of it. It was really the sort of open nature of the course you were free to specify in whatever area of media you really wanted. You were given an introduction to all these different areas. It's a really modern facility. You've got absolutely everything you need. The library's extensive, it's really nice and pleasant. It's a nice place to study. The gym's amazing and the staff in there are lovely as well. So you've got everything you could possibly need and especially its city center based as well. So you're close to everything and it's really easy if you want to do public transport public transport or you can drive. I think the facilities are pretty state of the art from what I've seen and what I've used throughout the four years of my study, its been everything I've ever required. Its been open almost 24 7. Whenever you need a quiet time to come and study, I would come to the university because it was always open, always welcoming and ten out of ten to be honest with you. It's very convenient everything being all together in one place and they are very nice new buildings as well. For me it would be networking. I found that incredible as part of my university journey, some of the people that I've met, whether that be other students on my course, or people that I met through industry that I've continued to keep in touch with that have opened all the doors that are currently open to me now.
