What's the best way to travel to university? I'm a home student, so I do travel in. My favourite way to travel and used to always be the train. It's really fast and it does get you into town,so Queen Street station is only a 10 minute walk away. However, as of last year they have free bus travel for under 22s. So even though it's a bit longer, I have been taking the bus. Glasgow is such a good place to live for the public transportation. There's lots of different ways to get into the campus, especially since the campus is in such a great location, with a 10 minute walk to Queen Street. A 15 minute walk to Central Station and Buchanan Bus station is right on our door.
