Extra Advice .mp4
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
In this video, I'm just gonna give some advice that I guess I would give to my former self when I first started at Georgia State in 2016. I just wanna make sure any student, especially my international students do. My first piece of advice is, when you're when Georgia State campus and you do start school, make sure you join organizations. Look for things that you have interesting or things you didn't even know you had an interest in, but sounds interesting to you on. You're to stay over so many different organizations where you get to meet new students, maybe like minded individuals, and just connect with everyone and everything on campus. My next piece of advice is to make sure you 10 campus events sure to stay the spotlight programs, which you will learn about once you get here. Just so many events on campus that allow you to have fun. You can hang out with the friends you meet on campus. So if you had family or friends visiting, they will allow you to do that. That's my dark piece of advice is still very similar. Just make sure you venture or for Georgia State campus, to go to the botanical gardens. Go to Atlantic Station and go to Buckhead. Just make sure you take the time to experience things around Atlanta. A lot of people in Atlanta have gone through Georgia State University, and you will be surprised and amazed how many people look at Georgia State as such a reputable community and university. It's just so awesome to just get out of this area and just go venture out and learn as much as you can and make a many memories as you can while you're here on my very last piece of advice. Outside of everything else, I have said in all the other videos andan this one, this one as well. The most important thing for me was to just stay organized, whether it be during your application process during the immigration process, doing moving in during your first week of classes and for the whole entire semester. The one way to Master University, in my opinion, is just your organizational skills. If you are organized, everything else will fall into place because university is not hard, College is not hard. It is a great experience, and there's so many things for you to take advantage of out here. It is a beautiful city, and your state is an amazing school on. Hopefully we got to see everyone who's watching these videos, attend Georgia State one day and just become a part of the Panther community. Thanks for watching this video, and I hope this advice was meaningful to you because it's definitely something I wish people would have told me while I was here in the beginning,.
