So what led me to apply to the Masters of Management program was basically, I was two years post grad. I was working in the public sector and I felt that I had gained everything from that position I possibly could. I felt as if I wasn't growing and I realized the only way to do that is to apply myself and go back to grad school and I wasn't the job market. I saw what was necessary to be a competitive applicant and I knew the hard skills that Masters and management program offered. So why not? And it has been one of the most rewarding experiences hands down of my life. I've been able to add new programming languages on my resume, new concepts, new types of methodologies that I otherwise wouldn't have even known existed.
