I'm sure you're sitting there debating a bunch of different programs trying to find the best fit for you and you want to know what's so good about the Masters in management? What can you hope to gain? Well, a little bit of background about myself was I double majored in undergrad back in 2018 in communications with the focus on public relations and business with a focus and finance. So I had a little bit of understanding of the harder skills. What made me choose to enter this program was the fact that it offered me everything that I felt I didn't have the experience with and that's ultimately what drew me to the Masters in Management program at Georgetown. It's honestly been the one of the most rewarding and court decisions that I've, I think I've made. So what led me to apply to the Masters in Management program was I felt as if I wasn't growing and I realized the only way to do that is to apply myself and go back to grad school. I knew the hardest feels that the Masters Management program offered, it could gain at all in one year, so why not? And it has been one of the most rewarding experiences hands out of my life, I've been able to add new programming languages on my resume concepts, new types of methodologies that I otherwise wouldn't have. What I've enjoyed the most learning about has definitely been these strategy courses and I think that is something that's very necessary to be a strategist to be successful in the business world today in order to just know what type of students thrive in this program. It's students that are organized and dedicated if you're organized and you have some sort of google sheets situation or excel file or you know like me and have a date planner, you will be successful. So just be organized and be willing to learn and there's no way you will be successful in your time at Georgetown.
