The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I personally believe that in the 26 my cohort is the best cohort in the history of the McDonald's School of Business executive, M B A program. I'm also very biased because I love my classmates. I mean, these people are professionals from different walks of life. They're very experienced, extremely accomplished individuals who are very motivated and driven. Throughout this experience, this entire journey has been enriched because of the experience of my classmates. We work a lot together in groups and so even working in different groups. That brings a totally different dynamic when you're working with people who have different perspectives as you, and it also helps you to develop your own leadership styles in terms of how you work together in a group and how you continue to keep the group focused, how you accomplish your goals, It's just been a great experience. Um, one of the other things I love about my classmates is that they're so open to answering questions and talking to you about anything that you want to talk through if it's just networking or if it's about professional development. Possibly, um, everyone is willing to help and support each other, and we're also extremely invested in our success. We have helped each other out in so many different ways, and we continue to do so and we will continue to be connected even after graduation. You know, one of the things that's so inspiring to me about my classmates is the fact that everyone is so driven and motivated and focused. Everyone has the same ethical and moral values I believe in that we all want to be very disciplined leaders. We all are striving to be the best ethical leaders and and thinking about how we can give back to society, which is really important, um, for the school and for the program. So I absolutely love my classmates and would not trade them in for the world. I know that we will all continue to grow together, and I can't wait to see what we all end up doing and how we accomplish our goals in the future.
