Extracurricular Activities at ESMT

We're gonna talk to you about extracurricular activities that are possible at SMT. Actually, do you remember, on our first day of school, the dean said it's not all about the academics, but what you do out of these two years, true at the S and T honestly, really lets you live this through because they're so money extracurricular clubs, committees, events that you can take part of just to build your network, learn new things on, uh, were also part of some. We're both part of the GFC, which is known as the Digital Future Summit and Eventing in place in July 2021 each year. It's a group off, I think around 50 people, each being in their own department on we organize a event that two days inviting all different industry experts on bond. Yeah, it's all about the networking on other university students. Where are part of the marketing demand hacking team on after party. So what exactly do you do in your department? Uh, so I'm part of the demand taking teams. So with two other guys, we just like, um, communicate by are all social media platforms. So we organizing all posts and all communication campaigns through Linked in and Facebook Instagram. Yeah, like we create every post and many stories like bring the interview, just done it out there. Yeah, So and you're part of the after 20 right? So exactly, I'm proud of the event management and in particular, the after party team, meaning that as it is a two day workshop on the last day being a Friday, we're organizing a big after party just to end this beautiful journey of the two days. Yeah, it's really cool because you get in contact with different locations. Yeah, there are a lot of other clubs, so I just can't talk about to collapse. I think we're 15 or 16 members and the time is just their Thio like give the woman in our society more visibility like talk about important topics about gender equity, woman in leadership, visibility of women in leadership positions in our society, especially in Germany. Yes, it's really it's really insightful. We organize some webinars actually right now because we have, like Corona, so we can't organized any events. So we just have Webinars and we talk about like, a lot of stuff. It's really great, really great club and the other club I'm in a part of the marketing club and the marketing club. It's like it's like therefore bringing people together, who are also interested in the topic of marketing and also like open to any new member who's not like working in marketing before. We just talked about new marketing trends like the digital marketing area, and also we have some great talks with many I don't know, famous person working in the marketing sector like we have one time. We have marketing chef off Amazon, talking to us and present some like insights about the company and how the marketing works at Amazon. Actually, we heard about all of these different clubs in right. In the beginning of SMT, there was a Ecologist where each each club presented itself. Actually, to the PMP program, which is like an elective, one could be part off. We both are not part of it, but we can call our friend Haakon. Just have a short question about the PNP program and hope that you maybe could give us a short information session about it. Like what? What's the program about or what's your impression? Yeah, yeah, course the PMP program. It's actually a two year elective hosted in partnership with Swiss investment. It's really it's a fantastic program The whole idea is to give students who apply to it and get in a chance to be exposed.
