I'm a recent NBA graduate from S and D. Berlin and I'm one of this year's Responsible Leaders fellow this year. I'm working on a project called negotiations for the World with my with my Professor Martin shrines Bird. The key motivation factor for me to working with Professor Martin has been his discourse one that he taught all of us here at the NBA program. The course really opened our eyes in our negotiations should be conducted. Usually we assume that negotiations uh focus on how much value one can derive from any negotiations exercise. After having taken part in Professor Martens class, it's evident that we need to focus on how we can create values for all the parties who are taking part uh in in such negotiations exercise negotiations for the world uh is one of the best project of uh Professor Martin Schramsberg with some of his other friends from other institutions. There's a wide range of modules to be selected from most of my work in the early stages of the RLF has been to uh talking with the organization that I'm partnering with and understanding what their needs are in terms of negotiations and who they would be able to train in uh to negotiate better. So one of my, uh, my partner organizations is sorta hub, that's where sort of kenya and they have a wonderful ecosystem of social entrepreneurs. So the course that I'm designing right now using the materials that Professor Martin has, has come up with is about how social entrepreneurs, in in the context of kenya can be trained on how to negotiate better the pilot test, which is, which is actually coming up in a few weeks time from now, will focus on us understanding what are all the key challenges trainers could experience while training people using a virtual setting. So I'm looking to experiment with the modern day technology, such as zoom teams, Google hangouts to see which platform works best and what some of the challenges one can one trainer can possibly foresee.
