Hi guys coming at you live from Ives Hall, the home of the School of Industrial Labor Relations, a k A. Where I spent almost half my time at Cornell. So for my alarm, it's one of my favorite buildings. Not because it's like the best or the most aesthetic, but mostly because it's just like my homes. Then we'll learn more about academics at porno New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Our school thiss place is really great, so I'm going to show you around just a little bit. So first we're starting off getting close to career services, which is really helpful when you first arrived and throughout your whole time. Out corner Career Sources is in these offices to your left and rice. Then here is the main office for career services right here. They're closed for Memorial Day as you conceive, but in here you can get all things for internships, full time jobs, uh, winter internships, etcetera. This is faculty Ewing and the faculty doing is basically where you get help from your professors or just going to chat. So the academic load at Cornell is not for the faint hearted. There's always somebody to be able to help you when you need a hand and they have office hours pretty much all the time, and it doesn't work for your schedule. Then you can just email them and they're ready to help. It's really great to get a lot of opportunities to do you research or to do other things that you might not have been even expecting. When I was a sophomore, I had the opportunity to go to China, which was amazing. So as you can see, these are some of the rooms on the faculty doing. It's just pretty much offices years, but you get an idea and look, I like you. Now I'm gonna show you the basic look of the classrooms in the aisle are schools. So here Many of the costumes are two, seventeen 17 and 15 and they're basically just standard costume, so I'll show you what they look like. The class sizes are pretty much it depends on the class, but they're introductory level. Or if you take much larger classes like economics, they could be like in lecture halls that are thousands of people. They're usually not found in eyes, so the aisle are specific. Courses are pretty small, but throughout the university, classes range. Our school There's possible library, which is called Catherwood Library and Catherwood Library has one of the most comprehensive labor documents in this library is closed right now, but it's pretty awesome to have a library in your schools. This is where a lot of people spend time in between classes, so just go out right now. There's a vending machine all the way over there, so that waiting to classes in you're hungry. It's just a good space, just studying and chat. This's an auditorium and I've So this goes to show that the class sizes range, and so this is a good look of how large were small like you saw before classes.
