Gin and she's the recruitment chair Officer Cornell Chorus and I will be asking her a few questions, so we introduce yourself and explain why, Sure, Oh, my name is John right now, double majoring in statistics and economics, monitoring and information science. So I guess that'll answer part of your question about why she was Cornell. Because you can study so many things and it's really fun. You know, you have a lot of fucks, a lot of flexibility and your schedule, the weather for, you know, some of the times. Then I guess some of the biggest reasons why Chest is that it really does, like such a big music programme. Music was such a big part of my life in high school that I would have been, you know, really, really sad if I wasn't able to have a really good program, you know, to transition to into college with a lot of opportunity. Okay, so could you describe the student body at your school? No soon. There's so many people from somebody, different backgrounds, so many people, different interests. It's just so interesting because I come from a pretty small town, you know, haven't been exposed to that many different people. You're meeting people from other countries that just something that, you know, I have never done any of that before, so that's really meet. Like, everyone has so many different opinions that I think it really solidified a lot of, you know, my political social opinions and otherwise because meeting so many different people here. So you said your major was from the whole majoring in music. Um, could you describe the epidemic? The academic climate. I would say that it's, you know, a difficult major, but I've always really been interested in that. That's always it's always nice to have to be able to continue with that and to take things that air very challenging. The one thing that I have to say is that it's really not a competitive atmosphere. You know, it's not like people are cut the road and, you know, constantly trying to outdo one another. Everyone you know really tries to work together and, you know, help everyone succeed. They profess the professor's They're extremely are extremely helpful. You know, an offering outside help on DH. You know, it's just one that, you know, you really feel comfortable and you know you want to learn. So what is your favorite and least favorite part of Corneal? No. My favorite part of Cornell and have to say, is the Cornell chorus. It's because you're a CZ. You may agree. It's just it's been so great being able, Teo meat so many different people that you know you shared passion with and to be able to just have so many, you know, incredible experiences like traveling and like, performing these incredible pieces that I wouldn't have never been exposed to before, uh, released is the cold on you, and everyone got it. I'm a cold person anyway, not personality with. Hopefully, I don't I don't really like the cold, so I'm not really into the whole, like wearing two pairs of pants and wearing, like, two jackets at once. You know what? If even if you're not a fan of the cold, it'll be okay.
