Janine, could you tell us your major and described academic culture here at Columbia? So I'm planning on majoring in science and human rights, and right now I'm doing a human rights class, and I'm going through some of the requirements of the corps like hum and my language requirement and university writing. So the academic environment here, Colombia people are very studious and they're very ready to learn. So it's a very helpful environment to be around just to encourage you to work. I know some people do experience itself, the stress culture and of course, it's always their people do get overwhelmed at times. I think it's important to reach out to other people in the community. You have to remember that a lot of other people may feel well, especially in the first year. You're definitely not the only person if you feel like that. So there are a lot of resources on campus and you, and it's just very important that you focus on what you want to study. Once you do that and you find things that you're interested in, you are able to avoid a lot of stress bullshit.
