Randy Pausch Bridge

Katy shows you one of her favorite places on campus, the Randy Pausch bridge at night. The bridge connects the Gates Hillman Center (computer science) to Purnell (fine arts), and is symbolic of Randy's efforts to unite the disciplines. The penguins in the design are a tribute to one of Randy's famous quotes, in which he reminds his students that even in scary waters, one penguin has to be brave enough to dive in.
