The dorms are very spacious and have so many areas for students to hang out, study, watch movies, relax, and make food! These dorms opened the beginning of the 2018-19 school year.

Hopefully this video gives you insight on how second year students live off campus if they don't choose to stay in the Cal Poly PCV apartments. Cal Poly requires students to live on campus for one year however students can apply for housing for the future years.

Perched at the base of the northeast hillside of campus, the Cerro Vista Apartment community overlooks Cal Poly, offering gorgeous views and easy access to nearby hiking trails. Each apartment provides direct outdoor access and has a full kitchen, living room common area, two suite-style bathrooms, and three to four bedrooms.
