So I just wanted to tell you guys a little bit about the town and area surrounding BC They're a bunch of really cute towns around here. So Boston College is actually located in the town Chestnut Hill, which not too far away, probably like ten minutes and which is a pretty cheap uber. You can go out and there's the small and they have a soul cycle, a sweet greens, a Wegmans, and they'll have a bunch of different stores, Um, that you could go to and shop with your friends, so that's really nice on like a weekend. If you just want to, like, get out of campus and go and see the town. There's also a mall directly across the street from that area, and they have, like an apple store made well, pretty sure, like a J crew of Vineyard vines. Like a bunch of stores that are very BC friendly because B. C is a very preppy school of so that's really nice. There ton of restaurants in there that you can go Teo and grab a bite to eat with your friends. There's also Newton Center, which is closer to the Newton campus. If your freshmen and you have to live there, there's a Panera, CVS and a few other stores over there that you can go Teo to just grab a bite to eat or go shopping and just walk around the area. Of course, we're so close to Boston. So depending on what you're feeling, you can either uber or you can take the tea, which is Boston's subway system, and BC does have a stop right across from the street from the campus, which is really convenient. Sometimes that line does take a while, so they also have a bus that runs to the reservoir. Stop that you can get on there and go into Boston even quicker. So if I am going into Boston, I love to go to Newbury Street, which is kind of like SoHo. If you know New York City at all and there's just a bunch of different stores, you can go shopping or go to different restaurants there, and it's a really nice area. I like to make a day out of it and just spent the whole day there and just experiencing the city and all the different cafes and restaurants that the city has to offer. Of course, with any other city, there's tons and tons of places that you can go. Beacon Hill is also a really nice area, and there are so many others that you can go to that. I haven't even explored myself yet, but there are so many options because Boston is such a large city that there's always something that you can find to do if you ever get bored of staying on campus. I definitely never feel bored here, and it's safe. Be ableto have access to such a major city like Boston. That is one of the reasons that I chose to come here, and a lot of other people presumably chose to come here as well. So that's a really nice option, especially if you're ever getting bored or too stressed out by your classes that you have here on campus.
