Um, one piece of advice I have for incoming students is to take care of yourself. So I know that um, especially if you came from like a medium sized high school, like I did, uh, college can be overwhelming even if you're based at like a smaller campus, like the west campus. It's important to, even though, you know, we want to do well epidemic lee and you know, we want to go out and have fun and he's a friend sometimes it's important just to like slow down and take a day to yourself. So remembering that your health and your mental health and physical health and emotional health, all of those come first and that you need to take care of yourself and sometimes like taking a step back and saying, hey, I really need this data myself. I really need to slow down is um, it's going to help you all out a lot. Just make sure to take care of yourself, especially if you're in Arizona, drink some water and um you know, in general, just make sure you're doing well and uh don't never say never say no to just taking a day.
