My name is Rachel and I attend Arizona State University's polytechnic campus in Mesa. I thought it would be cool to show you the surrounding areas and since the polytechnic campus is sort of on the edge of Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek, I took my dog Wilbur on a little bit of an adventure to give you an idea of what life out here is. Our first stop is Santan Village located just about four miles west of campus. It's probably the most common hangout spot for students because it has a movie theater, a ton of small shops, quite a lot of big department stores and a wide, wide variety of restaurants. I promise that santan Village has something that will interest you even if that's just walking around with your friends. Mm I personally just love the way that santa veils looks and feels, especially at nighttime. I had to go back again just to show you how pretty it looks with all of the lights. So our next stop is campus itself because I think the campus is absolutely gorgeous and if you're interested in attending a issues polytechnic campus, I think it's important that you're able to get a nice look at it. One of the main features that this campus boasts is our expansive fitness center, which you can see here and it's located very very closely to our dorm buildings. The building you're seeing right here is called Lantana Hall, directly next to campus. We have the phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, which is where our aviation students flight train. It's also where some of our students can catch a flight home. Beyond the airport, Gilbert Mesa and Queen Creek all have tons of great shopping centers, parks and recreational activities, so there is definitely no chance to be bored when you attend a sus polytechnic campus.
